Now That You’ve Gotten Started…

4th graders, you are doing an EXCELLENT job so far with your first blogging experience! I really like the way that you are putting thought into your own comments and then saying positive and encouraging things to your classmates!
Here’s your new topic:
- This is a two-part question.
- Name and describe the main character of your first project book. Include info such as the character’s age, physical features, and aspects of their personality. In other words, what is this character like?
AND
- Describe how you feel about the main character of your book. Do you like them? Dislike them? Do you think that you would want to interact with the character if he/she/it was a real person? Make sure that you tell us WHY you feel the way that you do.
All righty then! Let’s get to writing about reading!

My main character is Greg. He is a very wimpy kid, as the cover explains!He is in middle school and is about 11 and a half. He is a friendly person and he is on the order of weird and wacky.
I kind of like Greg and Kind of do not. I probbally would not want to interact with them because in the book is got his friend hurt, a BROKEN arm, ☺. I just think i would not be around him because he is sort of mean!
That is just my opinion!

He is such a wimp. He would me look wimpy!! I do not like being a wimp. I think he is SO wimp. I saw others talking about it. It is was awesome!!

Georgina, a daughter of a penniless mother after their father leaves them, is around her 12th year. she is usually annoyed because she was left living in a truck… when all their father leaves them is a roll of dimes and a jar filled with wrinkled dollar bills.
i feel sorry for her, i like her, as in as a nice person (just clearing things up). I highly doubt i would want to interact with her however.i feel the way i do because of her personality. annoyed, grumpy, it affects the way i feel about the main character.

her family is very poor, and she can’t stand it…she used to have a house and isn’t used 2 living in a truck.

My main character is Nurk he is a rat that loves to go on adventures. He is a teenager and a few months ago his parents got eaten by an owl so he is now living by his self in the old willow tree.He is a nice person, if he was a human I would love to be friends with him because I can really relate to him.
I feel good about the main character because he is just like me. I feel the way I do because I really like this book and I like the characters because I can really relate to the characters.☺

The main characters name in my book A Crooked Kind of Perfect is Zoe Elias. She is ten years old. She has blonde hair. She also likes socks. And he wants to play the piano. She cares a lot about what other people think. She is friendly, kind, outgoing, and she is not afraid to express her fellings toward a subject.
I feel that the main character of my book has some of the same qualites as me.Such as we both want to play the piano. I would like to interact with Zoe if she was real. I feel the way I do because she has a similiar personialty as me.

The Time Warp Trio. Marco? Polo!By: Joe Scleszka. My main charectors name is joe. He is a charector who trys and keeps tring to find a thin blue book with silver designs, when he warps to diffrent places.
I like the main charector of my book because, he is a person who needs help from friends to get them all home. I would interact with joe because i like to take adventures, and help people, and love to have fun. Also I need help from friends. I feel this way about all of it because basicly, through the whole book they get in diffrent adventures, make new friends, make enimies, and learn things that can help them with other journeys in the future or past i guess. Also Fred, Joe and Sam all need each other for adventures, the thin blue book with silver designs take them on. Overall I think they know friends are the key to help. And trust me there are about 16 books with 16 adventures so you will probaly, certinley, absolutley see Fred and Sam in all the books along with Joe.

the name of my book is The perfect hamburger and other delious stories. there are 2 chracters named Joe and mr.borthwick. joe has blonde short spiked hair with oval shaped black glasses mr borthwick looks the same. I’d say that joe is ten and mr.b is 50 to 60.
joe is creative and that why I like him. I don’t like mr.b. at all because I have no connections with him.

My book is The House of a Millon Pets my main character is 51!! Her name is Ann. She seems to be about average on niceness. She wants more and more pets. She has two kids and a husband.If she was real I would like to be around her all the time because she loves animals.
